110z Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 110z platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 110z platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 110z platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Not be a person who has been prohibited from using betting services for any reason.
- Using the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes without written permission from 110z.
110z reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time to ensure compliance with these terms. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Registration, Security, and Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one account on the 110z platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details or different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current. Any losses arising from inaccurate information are the user's own responsibility.
Your 110z account password and login credentials are strictly confidential and are your sole responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other party. 110z will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 110z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the value of a transaction before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
Deposits to your 110z account can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other available options at the time. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and may change in line with current policy. The latest information on these limits is available in your user account section.
110z is not liable for any delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification before processing. Withdrawals will not be processed where outstanding bonus rollover requirements remain unfulfilled or account verification is incomplete.
Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.
110z Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the 110z platform for any unlawful or illegal purpose. Specifically prohibited conduct includes:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors on the 110z platform for unauthorised gain.
- Acting in a way that is harmful to other users or that disrupts the operation of the platform.
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity without their consent.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Platform Liability Limits
110z provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by law, 110z is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, access disruptions, or data loss.
110z's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property, and External Links
Account Suspension and Closure
110z reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, or account inactivity for a specified period. Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 110z support team via email. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 110z platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 110z or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 110z platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 110z is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
110z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Your continued use of the 110z platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 110z platform shall first be referred to negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution forum under the relevant law.
